Love is in the air at IMO Health thanks to two fresh-faced veterans of our Client Services department. Josephine Mazza and Blake Carson met at IMO Health more than seven years ago when Jo was told that a question she had would be readily answered by her now-fiancé. She introduced herself, made the query, and the rest, as they say, is history.* We asked the happy couple a few questions about everything from date nights to data quality and they dished – while giving off some undeniable When Harry Met Sally vibes. (Special thanks to Luigi, their black lab, for being such a good boy and guest star.)

Blake Carson joined IMO Health in August 2015 right after graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. As the Director of Client Services, Technical Support, Blake spends the majority of his time at IMO Health focusing on how to better implement IMO Health's products and provide outstanding customer service to IMO Health's clients. In his free time he enjoys playing with his dog, reading books, playing video games, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Josephine Mazza has been in a customer-facing role at IMO Health since June 2015 and has had a variety of responsibilities, including general support, technical troubleshooting, and onboarding customers to new IMO Health products. She is now a Senior Manager of the Client Support team within the Client Services department. When she's not at work, Josephine's favorite activity is Sunday afternoon lunch with her big Italian family.
