Computer problems? IT Help Desk Manager Brian Gibson can fix them, and he’ll do it with a smile. We asked this 12-year IMO Health veteran a series of questions for this short In My Opinion video. He delivered – and then some – with answers about diversity at work, designing video games, his colleagues’ support following a harrowing house fire, and a guest spot from his trusty sidekick, Naveed.
