IMO Health leadership

Matt McKinley joined IMO Health as its first General Manager of Life Sciences in September 2025, where he serves as the business owner and strategic lead for the vertical. He brings over two decades of leadership experience building and scaling businesses at the intersection of healthcare data and life sciences.

Prior to IMO Health, Matt held senior leadership roles at Optum, Clarivate and Rhino Health. Across these positions, he led the development and growth of data- and tech-enabled solutions that helped life sciences and healthcare organizations improve decision-making and patient outcomes.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an MBA in Health Sector Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
