IMO Health leadership

Carrie Palmer joined IMO Health as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in March 2025. Carrie is a recognized global legal executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries managing multiple legal disciplines, including litigation, employment law, intellectual property, legal compliance, data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and legal operations. 

Prior to IMO Health, Carrie served for six years as Deputy General Counsel for R1 RCM, a leading revenue cycle management company for the healthcare industry. Prior to R1, Carrie served in various capacities (most recently as Deputy General Counsel) for nearly fourteen years at Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A. She began her legal career in private practice as an employment law and general commercial litigator. 

Carrie earned both her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan.
