Shelly L. Jude is the Global Clinical Services Director at IMO Health. Shelly joined the company in 2013 and has over 35 years of experience in the health information sector. She focuses primarily on physician practice management, documentation auditing and coding, and mapping clinical terminology. In her current role, Shelly is a subject matter expert in code classification assignment for various products, customer inquiries, and workflows. She holds a Bachelor’s in Health Information Management.
