Jessica Mason, RHIA

Jessica Mason is a Manager of Global Clinical Services at IMO Health and has been with the organization for 11 years, serving in a variety of clinical, mapping, and client-facing roles. She is a subject matter expert across coding systems, including ICD‑10‑CM, CPT, HCPCS, DSM, and international code sets, supporting both clinical documentation and procedural coding needs. Jessica partners with clients and internal teams to improve documentation, coding accuracy, and data quality. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and an RHIA certification through AHIMA.
