Inesa Kezik is a Senior Mapping Analyst at IMO. She started her career at IMO as an intern back in 2017 and was then hired as a mapping analyst. Inesa graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and holds the credentials of Registered Health Information Technician and Registered Health Information Administrator. Inesa is involved in the creation, support, and maintenance of accurate and compliant administrative code set mappings for CPT® and HCPCS for customers using IMO’s interface terminology. She works closely with teams across the company to support product releases, resolve complex customer inquiries, and mapping issues. In her free time, she loves travelling, spending time outdoors, and doing yoga.
