Product Manager, Medical Necessity
Holly Ridge BSN, RN, CPC, CPMA, joined IMO Health in 2025 as the Product Manager for our medical necessity solution. Ridge has more than 20 years of healthcare experience ranging from adult cardiac and cath lab nursing to revenue cycle experience in both the payer and provider space. Most recently, she managed both professional and hospital medical necessity and authorization denials for a large academic medical center in North Carolina after serving as the Hospital Revenue Manager for its Cancer Centers, Heart Centers, and Children’s Hospital. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Graduate Certificate in Health Information Management from East Carolina University – and will soon sit for her RHIA certification. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, attending concerts and listening to music, and spending time with friends/family and her dog Gunther.
