Like so many in the health IT industry, we at IMO Health were looking forward to the HIMSS annual conference. Every year, HIMSS is a wonderful opportunity for us to not only share the IMO Health story, but also to learn about the challenges our clients and prospects are facing, hear about innovative new solutions, and interact with colleagues and experts from across the globe.

IMO Health had a lot to talk about at this year’s meeting. From the launch of new products in healthcare insights, to a strategically streamlined portfolio, to our new offices in Chicago and Rosemont, 2019 was a big year for the company – and our plans for 2020 are even bolder.

While we would have preferred to discuss in person, we respect and support HIMSS’ decision to cancel the conference. In light of the cancellation, today we announced business updates that would have been highlighted at HIMSS20 including:

  • IMO Health’s January release of 15 new descriptors for coronavirus, which has since grown to include 136 terms
  • IMO Health’s partnerships with Perspecta and the Regenstrief Institute to provide clinicians with integrated data for improved patient care
  • Live demos of the IMO Precision Sets value sets solution and a look ahead at IMO Core Normalize
