Stephanie Katona, RHIA, joined IMO Health in 2026 as a Staff Mapping Analyst. She brings more than 15 years of experience from The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where she specialized in health information management, medical coding operations, revenue integrity, and EHR workflow optimization. Stephanie has led large outpatient coding teams, managed charge‑capture operations, and supported multiple revenue‑cycle initiatives, including the implementation of two computer‑assisted coding systems. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and maintains her RHIA credential.
