Dr. Ruth O’Mahony is a Staff Clinical Terminologist at IMO Health. She earned her MD at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and practiced general surgery prior to transitioning to clinical informatics. Ruth joined IMO Health in 2019 and works on a variety of projects, including content creation and management, SNOMED® and LOINC® mapping, and value set creation and maintenance. In her spare time, she enjoys video gaming, visiting wineries with her husband, and playing with her cats.
