Kim Doe, MSN, RN, NI-BC

Kim Doe joined IMO Health in 2025 as a Clinical Terminologist. She is a board-certified Nursing Informaticist (NI-BC) through the ANCC and holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nursing Informatics. Kim began her career as a paramedic before becoming a registered nurse, bringing a well-rounded clinical perspective to her work. She is passionate about the field of informatics for its ability to bridge clinical care and technology, improving data quality, supporting clinical decision-making, and enhancing patient outcomes. On the clinical terminology team, she contributes to the development and refinement of accurate, scalable terminology solutions that power digital health applications. Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, and discovering great food and coffee.
